Warehouse Associate Job Summary :
The warehouse associate will help with the data entry and basic warehouse duties assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily purchase order receipts Daily scanning and filing pack list and certificate. Contact Vendors for pack list discrepancy or missing documentation. Receipt product into inventory Issue Raw Material to a job in SAP Help to manage inventory in SAP. Providing tracking numbers to customers Assist Warehouse Supervisor with other administrative duties. keep good records and keep track incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels. Maintain clear records on all inventory and stock. Organizing the warehouse space. Preparing orders for shipment.
Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies:
Completion of High School diploma or GED Proficient in Microsoft Office Attention to details. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
