On-Site Schedule:
4-Day Work Week (4 x 10-Hour Shifts) Benefits Health Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) Four-day work week Stable manufacturing environment Career growth opportunities About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to manage incoming and outgoing materials within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position combines warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and ERP system management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on the production floor while maintaining accurate inventory transactions and shipping documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving Unload incoming trucks using a forklift. Verify, count, and identify incoming materials. Receive inventory into the ERP system. Coordinate the storage of materials following quality inspections. Maintain accurate receiving records. Warehousing & Inventory Control Deliver materials to production lines while maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Pick and stage materials for production. Repack customer Kanban inventory as needed. Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Relocate finished goods and support packaging activities. Monitor materials approaching expiration dates. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements. Planning Support Print and prepare product labels. Work closely with production planners and supervisors to identify material shortages and production requirements. Support efficient material flow throughout the facility. Shipping & Logistics Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently. Coordinate transportation and select carriers as needed. Prepare shipping documentation and ERP transactions. Serve as the primary contact for customers coordinating transportation. Ensure shipments are accurate and delivered on schedule. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience . Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience . Previous ERP system experience is required . Forklift certification or ability to become certified. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with a focus on inventory accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance . Preferred Qualifications Experience with inventory control and cycle counting. Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices. Shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination experience. Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
