What You'll Get to Do The Material Handler position is focused on moving material including glass and metal from one position/location to another to expedite the product throughout the plant. This position reports to the Production Supervisor. This position is ideal for someone with previous manufacturing experience, who is a team player and has an excellent attendance record.". The Material Handler position is focused on moving material including glass and metal from one position/location to another to expedite the product throughout the plant. Here's What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to read, understand, and communicate Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines; ability to work overtime when required. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 10 hours Twist, bend and kneel Lift, push, pull or move up to 75lbs individually and 150lbs with a partner Requires constant reaching, handling and grasping while turning of upper body while moving and lifting Visual acuity to inspect product for various quality flaws Proper wear of all required Personal Protective Equipment Work in temperatures consistent with same outdoor climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.)
