The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling and directing all related activities, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of quality control. This role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced setting while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Distribute, organize and coordinate all work orders with other personnel and departments. Locate, track, schedule, stage and load all orders. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Analyze current processes and trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvements. Identify and utilize methods to make processes more efficient and effective. Schedule and organize all stone deliveries Job is a very physical position. Heavy lifting is a must. Monitor and direct customers and delivery drivers to make sure that all safety requirements are met. Must be accurate and precise with paperwork and filling orders. Requirements Previous experience in materials handling or warehouse management is preferred. Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures is a plus. Proficient in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks; certification may be required. Experience with order fulfillment processes, including picking and packing orders accurately. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is advantageous for efficient inventory tracking. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
