Apartment community in the Bedford, Ohio area, Slate Run Apartments is seeking a qualified Service Manager / Maintenance Technician for a 62 unit Garden style complex. Position is full time and is a working & hands on position and requires strong leadership, organization and supervisory skills. On call is required for this position for all emergencies that come up on the property Qualified applicants must have extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, routine HVAC and preventative building maintenance repairs. Qualified applicants should also have experience in coordinating the daily functions, schedules, goals and maintenance work flow of a typical mid-size residential apartment community.
