Responsibilities Load and unload trucks using equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes to ensure swift and safe handling of goods Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate order picking, shipping, and receiving processes Assist with order picking using pickers and other mechanical tools to fulfill customer orders efficiently Conduct heavy lifting of materials while adhering to OSHA safety standards to prevent injuries Manage materials handling tasks including stacking, sorting, and organizing inventory within the warehouse space Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipment contents and preparing items for dispatch or storage Utilize heavy equipment operation skills to load & unload materials safely while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization

Skills:

Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles with a focus on materials handling Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and heavy lifting techniques Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for heavy equipment operation in a warehouse setting Ability to operate warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and pickers accurately Mechanical aptitude with understanding of mechanical systems used in material handling equipment Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting tasks and repetitive movements throughout shifts Experience working in construction or similar environments is a plus but not required Join us in creating an efficient, safe, and energized warehouse environment!
