Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport, load, unload, and stage materials using a forklift, pallet jack, or other powered equipment according to FIFO policy.
• Maintain in-process inventory at work centers using RF scanners to identify, label, and track stock.
• Assemble axles and perform repetitive line operations as assigned.
• Inspect pallets/cases for accuracy, damages, and lot codes, adhering to Quality Alerts.
• Prepare, process, and load finished stock for shipment, maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory verification.
• Immediately report equipment malfunctions, safety issues, or damaged items to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including disposing of scrap and performing light warehouse maintenance.

Requirements:

• Production, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have steel-toe shoes/boots.
• Strong attendance record and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass a background check, drug test, and pre-employment verifications.

Ensures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported Maintain equipment and work areas Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles. Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader. Maintain equipment and work areas Advocates safety practices to the rest of the production staff Ensures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions maintenance or safety issues Checks finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediately
