As a Warehouse Associate, you'll process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs, ensuring satisfaction. Use your customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to work independently and collaboratively across departments. What You'll Do Safely operate forklifts and manage material handling Maintain accurate inventory records and label shipments properly Stage, load, unload, and conduct physical inventory counts Follow safety and quality standards, including FIFO procedures Handle
LTL & FTL
shipments while reporting discrepancies Assist customers with inquiries and concerns Communicate effectively to support customer service and operations Accurately process orders and maintain detailed customer files Manage time efficiently to ensure productivity and satisfaction Collaborate across departments for smooth workflow and success What We're Looking For A Team Player who values teamwork and collaboration Dependable with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic A Problem Solver who is efficient in troubleshooting and solving problems Adaptable, comfortable with managing change and being flexible Requirements Forklift certification (can be earned on the job) Basic computer skills for inventory control and data entry Prior warehouse or forklift experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred
