We produce high-quality machined parts in a shop that pairs modern equipment with a real family feel. We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level operator and general labor role. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable doing a mix of shop-floor work. This position is critical to keeping production moving and making sure finished parts are handled, assembled, sorted, and packed to our quality standards. The Production Associate will work in a fast-paced shop environment and support both machine operation and hands-on production tasks. Shift (floating schedule)

Monday-Thursday:

6:30 AM - 4:30

PM Friday:

6:30 AM - Noon (optional overtime)

What you'll do Assist with basic CNC mill and lathe operation under guidance Load and unload parts, keep machines supplied, and support setups as trained Assemble components as needed Sort, inspect, count, and package finished parts Label, box, and prepare orders for shipment Move material, keep work areas clean, and help with general shop labor Follow quality standards, safety rules, and work instructions Work with operators, quality, and shipping to keep jobs on schedule What you bring No CNC experience required — we will train the right person Willingness to learn machine operation and shop processes Ability to follow directions and work with your hands Attention to detail for sorting, packing, and basic inspection Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to stand, lift, and work in a shop environment Team attitude and a willingness to jump in where needed Why Meador Family-owned shop with a collaborative culture Entry-level path into CNC operating with room to grow Mix of machine support and hands-on production work Competitive starting pay based on experience 100% employer-paid health insurance — $0 deducted from your paycheck Predictable weekday hours with an early Friday finish Additional benefits and on-the-job training
