Monday-Friday Pay:
$18.00-$22.00/hour (Based on Experience) Job Summary We're seeking a dependable Warehouse / Logistics Associate to support daily warehouse operations by pulling materials, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring products are packaged accurately and safely. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret work orders to accurately pull materials Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment Perform quality checks to verify parts before packaging Box, label, and package products for domestic and international shipments Load and unload trucks using forklifts and material handling equipment Receive incoming materials and verify shipments Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels Build wooden shipping crates using hand tools and nail guns as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Assist with general warehouse duties and material movement throughout the facility Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, or logistics experience preferred Forklift (tow motor) experience required Experience with material handling and inventory control Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift Basic computer skills are a plus Carpentry experience is a plus, including building shipping crates and operating a nail gun Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
