Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, skilled Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating printing equipment and supporting various fabrication processes to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with power tools, and familiarity with manufacturing or warehouse environments. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where precision and efficiency are essential. Primary responsibilities : Loading digital printers with fabric rolls of varying size and weight Loading and monitor the heatpress as needed Assist production with cutting, pinning, and QC as needed Assist warehouse with packing, palletizing, and shipping product Assist with minor building maintenance/custodial tasks Assist production manager as needed Other tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience with mechanical systems, CNC machines, woodworking, or fabrication is highly desirable Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, sewing machines, and sewing or garment construction is a plus Prior warehouse experience or background in manufacturing or construction environments preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification is a plus) Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts
Requirements:
Ability to operate the digital printer and heat press Dependable and punctual Ability to bend, climb ladder, reach, stretch, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds alone or 75 pounds with assistance Ability to work and communicate in a team environment Ability to be cross-trained and work autonomously Ability to multi-task, adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Full Time Hourly, Non-Exempt Monday through Friday, 1st shift
