Qualifications Forklift Full Job Description Job Brief:

The Warehouse Clerk performs a full range of production activities including receiving, storing, cleaning, stocking, shipping, folding, assist vendors, etc.

Responsibilities:

Unload postal truck - put away APC's or postal supplies Responsible for postal supply storage and inventory Restock inserters with supplies (trays and sleeves) and envelopes Remove full gaylords of cardboard. Assemble empty gaylord and put at inserter. Receive and distribute packages received in the back - answer bell for back door Do reprints for Inserting Operators Receive and put away inserts. Ship out or dispose of leftover inserts. Work with Quality Mail Supervisor on insert questions. Send out other UPS packages as needed Move materials utilizing forklift or pallet jacks, as required Cleaning of all production areas (floor, trash cans, and bay doors) Other cleaning as requested Responsible for unloading and restocking paper, forms, and envelopes upon delivery Upload all mail.dat files to the USPS on a daily basis for each job to ensure USPS receives digital information that is correct and timely Responsible to shrink wrap all pallets of mail before submission to the USPS, utilizing a mechanical shrink wrap machine Other duties may be assigned
