1st Shift | Contract‑to‑Hire Job Summary Hiring a Dock Operator / Warehouse Associate to support shipping and receiving operations including loading/unloading trailers, forklift operation, and shipping documentation. Key Responsibilities Load and unload trailers safely Operate sit‑down forklift and cherry picker Complete bills of lading and shipping paperwork Pick, pack, label, and stage orders Replenish inventory and maintain warehouse organization Work overtime and weekends as needed Qualifications Bills of Lading experience (required) Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience Sit‑down forklift experience (required) Shipping and receiving experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Why Apply Contract‑to‑hire opportunity Pay increases with performance & certifications Benefits after hire‑on Stable, team‑oriented warehouse environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
