Warehouse Associate — Shipping & Production Support Rusher Products, LLC

• No nights, no weekends $17-$20/hr depending on experience
• Full-time About Us Rusher Products has been manufacturing and selling decorative steel since 2012.

We ship nationwide to everyone from homeowners to large commercial clients. Small team, real people, no corporate layers. The Role You'll own outbound shipping — picking, packing, and getting orders out the door accurately and on time via UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight. When production needs a hand, you'll help run the roll former, press brake, and shear. No metal experience needed; we'll train you on all of it. What You'll Do Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders Verify part numbers, quantities, addresses, and ship method before release Build, band, wrap, and stage pallets for LTL pickup Prepare BOLs, labels, and shipping paperwork; coordinate with carriers on issues Keep inventory and shipping records accurate in our systems Assist with cycle counts and resolve discrepancies Support receiving and general warehouse organization Run or assist with roll forming, press brake, and shear operations (training provided) Flag damaged or questionable material and escalate shipping problems Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe
