00 Job Summary We are seeking dependable, hardworking Pallet Builders / Truss Assemblers to join a lumber and wood products production team in Schertz, TX. This is a hands-on position focused on building and assembling wooden pallets, trusses, and related lumber products according to production specifications. This role is a good fit for candidates with experience in construction, carpentry, framing, pallet building, lumber yards, manufacturing, warehouse production, or other hands-on labor environments. Key Responsibilities Build and assemble wooden pallets, trusses, and other lumber products according to specifications. Measure, position, and assemble lumber components accurately. Use nail guns, saws, hammers, measuring tapes, and other hand or power tools. Read basic measurements, production instructions, and assembly specifications. Inspect lumber and completed assemblies for defects, damage, and quality issues. Stack, organize, and move lumber and finished products throughout the production area. Maintain production pace while meeting quality expectations. Follow established safety procedures when operating tools and handling lumber. Keep workstations clean and organized. Work cooperatively with production team members to meet daily output goals. Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the scheduled shift. Assist with other lumber production and general labor duties as needed. Required Experience Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, lumber production, warehouse production, assembly, or a similar hands-on environment. Experience safely using basic hand or power tools in a work environment. Experience performing physical, production-based work is preferred. Nice-to-Have Experience Pallet building or pallet repair experience. Roof or floor truss assembly experience. Lumber yard, framing, carpentry, construction, or wood products manufacturing experience.   • Ability to position and assemble lumber components accurately and efficiently. Hand & Power Tools
  • Ability to safely use nail guns, hammers, saws, tape measures, and related production tools. Basic Measuring & Production Skills
  • Ability to follow measurements, specifications, and work instructions while maintaining production standards.
