Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Valid or eligible for relevant state licensure/certification to practice in schools Experience (or strong interest) working with high school students in a school-based setting Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to design, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy tailored to high school students' needs Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with parents, educators, and other specialists Deliver both direct and consultative services, adapting interventions for diverse learners Serve as a resource for faculty and families on speech, language, and communication strategies Maintain thorough records and ensure documentation is completed accurately and promptly
