Join our Specialty Operations Team supporting critical data center functions. This is a data center equipment handling warehouse associate role. Work in small team groups and a positive, supportive culture. PEPMOVE (Precision Equipment Placement) is a successful and growing specialty logistics company. We are located in 11 cities across the US. We specialize in moving/installing large, heavy, and unusual equipment including but not limited to copiers, medical equipment, servers, electronics, and any other large and unusual items that need to be moved. Specifically in our Utah operation we will also support the important and mission critical installation of server racks within a data center facility. We are currently seeking motivated, professional, dependable and team-oriented people to join us. No specific server or data center experience is required - we will provide paid training. SALARY:

$22 - $25 / Hour Based on experience + QUARTERLY & ANNUAL

BONUSES ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Unloading of high value server racks off trucks arriving at the data center working as a team and using pallet jacks moving into a dock/warehouse staging area. Removing the racks from their crates using a controlled process, including use of small tools to unbolt the rack from the crate. Moving the server racks (on wheels) to the assigned location within the data center with a coordinated team and using our specialty equipment. Diligently following our processes and procedures without fail or exception. Work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, property damage, and loss of materials and equipment. Exhibit professional appearance (uniforms will be provided) and conduct while providing excellent Customer Service. Be an extremely dependable worker including reporting on time the team is counting on everyone being there. Coordinating work with fellow team members and efficiently carrying out all orders from the manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Solid work ethic and high level of motivation and pride in your work. Must be 21 or older and able to pass a DOT Medical Exam Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull and stand for long periods of time. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds. In large part the operation does not involve lifting equipment but working with a team to move and control heavy server racks. Candidates must be physically capable of performing the tasks over the work shift. Flexible schedule Days of the week and hours per evening will vary 2+ years of solid work experience in a comparable skills position. Valid Driver License with Real ID. Good MVR Driving record, and reliable transportation. Pass Background Check no felonies, per client restrictions. Pass a standard company drug screen at employment.
