This role includes a variety of tasks such as basic landscaping, general property upkeep, and light handyman work. Job Duties & Responsibilities Assist with the general maintenance and upkeep of rental properties Perform basic landscaping and grounds maintenance Complete light handyman and repair tasks Support routine property inspections and maintenance needs Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude Follow written and verbal instructions independently Complete tasks as assigned in a timely manner Qualifications Strong work ethic Professional, honest, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and manage tasks responsibly Must be able to read and follow written instructions in English Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Valid Driver's License required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks Manual dexterity required Ability to climb stairs and ladders Comfortable working on elevated platforms and in a variety of outdoor conditions Able to lift up to 75lbs Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule
