• West Jordan, UT Full-Time | Weekend Day & Overnight Shifts Freight Breakers LLC is looking for reliable and physically capable team members to support our freight operations in West Jordan, Utah.

This position involves handling packages in a high-volume warehouse environment where speed, accuracy, teamwork, and safe work practices are essential. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks, and able to maintain productivity throughout a long shift. Position Responsibilities Team members may assist with both inbound and outbound freight operations, including: Moving cartons between conveyors, staging areas, cages, and trailers. Loading packages directly into trailers and arranging freight securely. Removing freight from incoming trailers and placing packages onto conveyor systems. Using handheld scanners to record and track shipments. Sorting packages into the appropriate cages or designated areas. Maintaining an organized loading and unloading area. Following proper lifting techniques and company safety procedures. Working efficiently while maintaining accuracy and protecting freight from damage. Communicating with coworkers and supervisors to keep freight moving smoothly. Performance-Based Compensation This position offers productivity-based earnings, with compensation determined by the amount of freight handled.

Typical earning range:

$16

• 25 per hour High-performing employees may have earning potential of approximately $25
• 35 per hour Greater productivity can result in greater earning potential. Actual earnings may vary based on workload, productivity, and operational conditions. Weekend Shift Options Day Shift Friday
• Sunday 7:00 AM
• 7:30 PM Night Shift Friday
• Sunday 7:00 PM
• 7:30 AM Both schedules consist of 12-hour shifts .

Additional weekday hours may be offered depending on business needs and availability. Qualifications Applicants should be prepared to: Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Safely handle packages ranging from approximately 5 to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods. Work effectively in a fast-moving warehouse environment. Follow workplace safety rules and operational procedures. Successfully complete required background and drug screening. Have dependable transportation to the West Jordan facility. Previous warehouse or freight-handling experience is helpful but not necessarily required for the right candidate.
