FABRICATION MANAGER REMA
Tip Top North America | Full-Time | Exempt Job Summary REMA Tip Top is looking for a hands-on Fabrication Manager to oversee our Rubber Lining and Steel Fabrication . This role leads daily operations, employees, production, safety, quality, and scheduling while helping improve overall shop performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across three shops Schedule and manage production, projects, and manpower Lead, train, and develop shop employees and supervisors Oversee rubber lining and steel fabrication work Ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met Maintain inventory, tools, equipment, and materials Manage shop costs, budgets, and project profitability Work closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and customers Identify ways to improve efficiency, quality, and safety Ensure compliance with OSHA/MSHA and company policies What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, mining, or construction 3+ years of leadership or management experience Experience with rubber lining, steel fabrication, or heavy industrial work Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings/specifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
OSHA/MSHA
knowledge preferred Valid driver's license Work Environment This is a hands-on role working in shop, field, mining, quarry, and industrial environments . The position may involve heavy lifting, noise, dust, uneven surfaces, extreme temperatures, and use of industrial tools and equipment. Travel Overnight travel may be required based on business needs.
