Position Summary The Woodshop Material Handler - Worksurface Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, sanding, polishing, and preparing finished wood surfaces for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality and timely delivery from our Suffolk, VA facility. Key Responsibilities Clean finished worksurfaces to meet quality standards Sand and polish surfaces as required Wrap, band, and label products for shipment according to packaging standards Meet daily production goals and deadlines Complete required paperwork and production reporting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency Good communication skills Commitment to workplace safety Bilingual (Spanish) Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting Exposure to noise levels at or above 85 dB Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required
