Job Summary As a Live Unload Associate , you will play a key role in the production process by safely unloading, handling, inspecting, and processing product while following company, food safety, and animal welfare standards.

Hours:

6:05am - 4:35pm Monday -

Thursday Overtime:

Up to 2 hours per day + Fridays as needed

Pay:

$18.00/hr Responsibilities Unload and handle live product in accordance with company procedures Perform hanging, processing, and inspection duties Follow all safety, animal welfare, and quality standards Operate production tools and equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Report equipment, safety, or quality concerns promptly Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and dependability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities Previous food production or manufacturing experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting Lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 80 lbs. with assistance Ability to work around noise, machinery, dust, and varying temperatures Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Peoplelink?
