100% Onsite Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and service center operations by preparing, cleaning, receiving, and maintaining medical equipment. This position plays a key role in ensuring products meet quality and safety standards before being distributed to customers. Key Responsibilities Perform warehouse activities including: Medical equipment cleaning and decontamination Shipping and receiving Inventory support Maintain accurate on-site inventory records. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Continuous Improvement standards. Participate in general housekeeping and 5S activities to maintain an organized workspace. Adhere to all company, customer, and governmental safety regulations. Attend required safety meetings, training, and medical testing. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments. Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment. Complete additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards. Previous warehouse, mechanical, or hands-on experience preferred. Ability to perform basic administrative and computer tasks. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Basic computer proficiency required. Previous warehouse, logistics, or equipment maintenance experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Why Join Us?
