$35-$42 per hour, depending on experience Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement accounts, PTO, and more This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a skilled professional who brings technical painting expertise, knows how to estimate and quote work, and can guide a crew to deliver consistent quality. What You'll Do Perform and oversee surface preparation, masking, mixing, spraying, coating, finishing, and final inspection of painted products. Review drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to determine materials and paint production methods. Estimate labor and material needs and help prepare quotes for paint work. Lead, train, and coordinate the paint crew while staying actively involved in production. Plan daily workflow to meet quality standards and production deadlines. Identify finish defects, resolve quality issues, and improve paint processes. Maintain safe, organized work areas and production-ready equipment. Follow documented work instructions, inspection procedures, and quality requirements. What You Bring 10+ years of industrial painting experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Strong knowledge of surface preparation, coating application, spray equipment, mixing, and finishing. Experience estimating and quoting paint jobs. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, or direct a crew. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and production instructions. A commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and dependable delivery.
