After 15+ years selling real estate, we decided in 2020 to expand and include home staging services for our clients. Your main focus will be assisting the owners in every aspect of the business including but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

Load and unload furniture and boxes onto and off trucks, ensuring that they are secure and properly balanced Wrap and protect furniture and fragile items with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transport Communicate with team members to ensure that each job is carried out efficiently and effectively Drive moving trucks to and from job sites, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed Conduct pre- and post-move inspections of furniture, appliances, and boxes to ensure that everything is accounted for and in good condition Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer service Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have Inventory & Warehouse Management -

Data Entry, Photography, Receiving, Tagging, Furniture BuildingRequirements:

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items, including furniture Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a moving or related industry Knowledge of proper lifting and moving techniques to prevent injury Familiarity with driving large moving trucks Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult or stressful situations with clients The hourly rate for this position is competitive and will be based on experience. Being in the start-up phase of the business, you will have every opportunity to expand your role into our home staging business. Ultimately, we are looking to retire soon and would like someone to eventually grow into managing the entire business. However we are also open to someone with team leader and/or design talent who is wanting to gain experience in the industry and use this position as a stepping stone. We have a close knit dedicated crew. The goal is to grow the business while increasing efficiency and giving an "Aha Moment" to the customer.
