Job Description
General Laborer Shift:
1st, (7am-3pm)
Pay:
$17/hr. (Based on experience) We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Laborers to support our bindery and production operations. This position is responsible for preparing materials, monitoring product quality, maintaining accurate production records, and assisting with various production tasks to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Review job ticket specifications to correctly prepare products and supplies for each job.
Monitor product quality by comparing finished work to job ticket specifications.
Complete all required quality control documentation.
Communicate with Bindery Supervisors and Client Services staff regarding questions, concerns, or issues related to jobs in progress.
Accurately record production counts and time worked on assigned jobs.
Qualifications:
Must be able to read and write.
Basic math skills required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
