Mid-City is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Associate to join our apparel production team. No embroidery experience is required- we will train the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to the details, and wants to learn new skills in a fast-paced, creative production environment. You'll help with a variety of apparel production tasks and receive hands-on training to operate our commercial embroidery equipment. What You'll Do Assist with day-to-day apparel production and order preparation Learn to operate commercial embroidery machines Help with other decoration and production processes as needed Inspect finished products to make sure they meet our quality standards Count, organize, fold, pack, and prepare completed orders Keep production areas clean and organized Work with the team to keep orders moving and meet customer deadlines What We're Looking For No embroidery experience necessary- we will teach you!
