Our General Labor / Manufacturing Associate opportunities can place you in a variety of areas throughout our facility, including Welding, Assembly, Painting/Finishing, Shipping, Material Handling, Laser, Forming, and other production departments. You don't have to know everything on day one. We'll provide training and help you build the skills you need to succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on the department and position, you may: Assist with assembling, fabricating, finishing, or preparing metal products. Move, stage, package, and organize materials and finished products. Assist with painting, powder coating, or finishing processes. Support welding and fabrication teams with materials and production needs. Operate production equipment and machinery after appropriate training. Inspect parts and products to make sure they meet quality expectations. Follow work instructions, drawings, and production requirements. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Work with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
