Monday-Friday, 9:30 am -6 pm Job Summary The Warehouse Specialist plans, organizes, and monitors the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received from suppliers or production. The Specialist ensures a smooth and consistent operation by locating and distributing raw and finished materials in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Monitors and manages the shipping and receiving of raw and finished materials within the facility
• Operates warehouse equipment such as a forklift or other lift equipment to transport material within the plant
• Inspects and verifies products, materials, and equipment before storing in warehouse
• Reviews all shipping and receiving documents, such as pick sheets, bills of lading, HAZMAT signage, etc., to ensure they are accurate and complete
• Manages inventories in the warehouse including arranging and organizing products and materials
• Oversees the rotation of inventories within the warehouse to ensure FIFO principles are followed
• Ensures compliance of safety procedures and practices in warehouse operations
• Maintains cleanliness at the warehouse site
• Leads and lives corporate core values
• Proactively understands and follows company Management System objectives and procedures relevant to job function (ISO and Responsible Care) including completion of related training initially and ongoing
