Job Description
General Laborer Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and support a wide range of oil & gas, utility, industrial, and energy projects throughout the region. In this hands-on role, you will assist with pressure washing, erosion and sediment (E&S) control, seeding and mulching, production unit hook-ups, site maintenance, and general field services. Working alongside experienced crews, you'll help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and are looking to build a career in the energy industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform industrial pressure washing and cleaning services for equipment, facilities, and production sites. Install, maintain, and repair erosion and sediment (E&S) control measures. Perform seeding, mulching, erosion stabilization, and site restoration activities. Assist with production unit hook-ups and general support for oil & gas production operations. Support construction, maintenance, and turnaround activities at industrial and energy facilities. Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment. Perform general labor duties, including lifting, digging, shoveling, site cleanup, and material handling. Assist with equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance. Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned to support field operations. Qualifications Must have and maintain WV Drivers License Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks. Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude. Ability to work safely as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
