Now, we're looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Pineville, NC. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple field operations and play a critical leadership role in delivering high-quality storm and sewer infrastructure projects.

$30.00 - $35.00 an hour, with overtime available

What We're Looking For:
Industry Experience:
Strong background in stormwater and sewer systems, including maintenance, rehabilitation, and inspection.
Supervisory Experience:
Proven ability to manage multiple crews, projects, and field personnel effectively.
CDL Required:
Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License.
Tanker Endorsement:
A valid and up-to-date tanker endorsement is required.
Vac Truck Experience:
Hands-on experience operating or overseeing hydro excavation and vacuum truck operations.
CCTV & Inspection Knowledge:
Experience with pipeline inspection;
NASSCO PACP/MACP/LACP
certifications strongly preferred.
Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with jetting, cleaning, televising, and trenchless rehabilitation methods.
Safety Focused:
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, confined space entry, and traffic control standards.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to assess field conditions and make real-time operational decisions.
Communication Skills:
Ability to effectively coordinate with project managers, municipalities, and internal teams.
Physical Capability:
Ability to work in demanding field environments, including lifting, bending, and confined spaces.
Reliable Transportation:
Must have dependable transportation.
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Abilities:
Must be able to carry and lift a minimum of 70lbs and work fully outdoors in various weather elements.
Daily Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Manage and oversee multiple storm and sewer projects from start to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Crew Management:
Supervise field teams, assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity and accountability.
Operational Coordination:
Plan and coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel across job sites.
Vac Truck Operations:
Oversee and support hydro excavation, cleaning, and debris removal activities.
CCTV Inspections:
Ensure proper pipeline inspection procedures are followed and review collected data for accuracy and compliance.
Quality Control:
Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for municipalities, inspectors, and clients to ensure expectations are met.
Safety Leadership:
Enforce company safety policies, conduct job site safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate daily logs, project updates, and documentation.
