This position supports recycling and production operations while maintaining safety, quality, equipment utilization, and material standards. The continental schedule follows a 3 days on / 2 days off, 2 days on / 3 days off rotation. Responsibilities Operate equipment safely and follow established work instructions. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Support recycling, scrap, and material utilization processes. Operate a lift truck and overhead crane as required. Monitor processes to maintain quality and production standards. Participate in continuous improvement and training activities. Work cooperatively with production, quality, material handling, and supervisory teams. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical ability and knowledge of hand tools. Ability to stand, walk, climb, twist, bend, grasp, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs . Ability to work a 12-hour shift in a manufacturing environment. Comfortable working around industrial equipment, loud noises, and hot/humid conditions. Willingness to learn hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
