Temp-to-Hire About the Role Cardinal Staffing is hiring dependable Production Team Members for a manufacturing facility in Eaton Rapids, MI. These are hands-on positions in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities available across multiple departments and shifts. Team members will assist with general manufacturing and production operations while following established quality and safety procedures. Schedule & Pay Pay ranges from $16.10-$16.60 per hour, depending on the assigned shift. Candidates must be available to work 12-hour shifts, 6-7 days per week, including mandatory weekends as scheduled. This position requires flexibility and the ability to consistently work the full assigned schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform general production and manufacturing duties Handle and process materials throughout the production area Inspect parts and materials for quality Use hand tools and production equipment as assigned Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow production, quality, and safety procedures Complete additional production duties as assigned Job Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, 6-7 days per week Must be available for mandatory weekends Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended shifts Comfortable with bending, lifting, pulling, twisting, and repetitive movement Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable and consistent attendance Steel-toe footwear required Must follow all facility PPE and safety requirements Why Work with Us?
