Responsibilities:

• Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and sidewalks during winter weather conditions
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Clear snow and ice from designated areas using Salt trucks
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests
• Follow established routes and schedules for efficient snow plowing operations
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate snow removal efforts
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports

Skills:

• Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain snow plow equipment effectively
• Proficiency in snow plowing techniques, including proper blade positioning and maneuvering
• Ability to dig out vehicles trapped in deep snow or ice
• Experience in mowing, irrigating, tree trimming, gardening, and general landscape maintenance
• Knowledge of tree care practices, including pruning and removal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized work area
