software. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming 5-axis CNC milling machines, ensuring precise and efficient production of high-quality components. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes, leveraging advanced CAD/CAM tools and mechanical expertise to support our commitment to precision engineering. The company builds tooling and runs production across stamping, molding, machining, laser and fabrication for automotive and aerospace customers. You would be programming the parts that go into their tools and their production work, not running the same job every day. What you would be doing Programming 3 and 5 axis machining centers and CNC lathes Writing programs from prints and solid models for tooling components, die and mold details, fixtures and production parts Working in tool steel, aluminum, stainless and Kirksite Setting up, proving out and editing programs at the machine Selecting tooling, speeds and feeds, and holding tight tolerances Working with the shop and engineering on manufacturability before the chips fly What we are looking for hyperMILL experience is required. This is not a nice to have Programming experience on 3 axis and 5 axis machines CNC lathe programming experience Comfortable reading prints and GD&T Able to run what you program and prove it out yourself Tool and die, mold, prototype or job shop background is a strong plus Equal opportunity Direct Staff Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 - 60.0 per week
