Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain equipment such as shredders, Barclay, forklifts, skid steers, excavator, loaders, and other specialized machinery Collect and sort recyclable materials from incoming trucks, trailers, and drop-off points; compress and stack materials for processing Transfer recyclable materialsbetween processing stages Perform routine maintenance inspectionson equipment to ensure optimal performance Maintain cleanliness and safety in the facility, including clearing debris, securing drop-off areas, and ensuring walkways are hazard-free Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and records related to inspections, work completed, and equipment performance Follow safety protocols for material handling, traffic control, and hazard identification The position requires a combination of mechanical skills, safety awareness, and attention to detail to support efficient recycling operations
