This position goes beyond basic housekeeping. Our projects may include detailed cleaning, heavily soiled homes, eviction properties, garage resets, cleanouts, post-construction cleanup, and exterior pressure washing. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, notice small details, follow instructions, and can maintain a high standard without constant supervision. Responsibilities Complete detailed move-out and move-in cleaning services Deep-clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, and common areas Clean inside cabinets, drawers, ovens, refrigerators, and other appliances when assigned Clean baseboards, doors, trim, blinds, fixtures, ceiling fans, windowsills, and reachable surfaces Sweep, vacuum, scrub, and mop flooring thoroughly Remove grease, dust, grime, buildup, trash, and nonhazardous debris Work in heavily soiled, neglected, post-tenant, and eviction properties when assigned Assist with garage cleanouts, property resets, junk removal, and light organization Operate pressure-washing equipment on garages, patios, driveways, and exterior surfaces after training Follow DwellSet checklists, safety procedures, and job-specific instructions Take clear before-and-after photos of completed work Report stains, damage, pest activity, maintenance issues, or areas that cannot be corrected through cleaning Maintain and organize cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment Complete assigned work within the scheduled timeframe Participate in a final quality-control walkthrough before leaving each property Requirements Previous professional cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, restoration, or property-maintenance experience is preferred Must have reliable transportation to assigned properties throughout the Houston area Must have a working smartphone and respond promptly to job updates Must be dependable, punctual, and available for some morning assignments Must be comfortable working independently or with a small team Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks Must be able to safely lift and carry supplies, equipment, trash bags, and debris weighing up to approximately 40-50 pounds Must be comfortable working in properties that may be dirty, dusty, hot, or heavily soiled Must pay close attention to corners, baseboards, appliances, cabinets, fixtures, and final presentation Must communicate immediately if delayed or unable to attend an assigned job Power-washing, junk-removal, cleanout, or restoration experience is a plus but not required Technicians must immediately report suspected mold, needles, bodily fluids, chemicals, dangerous pests, or other hazardous materials. Employees should not handle hazardous conditions without authorization, proper training, and protective equipment. Schedule This is a part-time position with approximately 10-30 hours per week . Hours depend on scheduled projects and may vary from week to week. Some assignments may be offered with short notice. Additional hours and leadership opportunities will become available as the company continues to grow. Pay $18-$22 per hour , based on experience, reliability, work quality, efficiency, and ability to perform multiple property-preparation services.
