The Lot Technician will be responsible for managing the organization and appearance of the dealership lot, which includes moving, cleaning, and arranging vehicles. Additional responsibilities may include inspecting vehicles, assisting with inventory tasks, and supporting the sales team by preparing vehicles for customer presentations. The role may require driving and ensuring vehicles are parked and displayed properly. Qualifications Basic vehicle maintenance and care skills, including washing, cleaning, and organizing vehicles Strong organizational and time management skills Physical capability to perform tasks that may involve standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a variety of vehicle types Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow instructions effectively Punctuality, reliability, and responsibility in handling valuable inventory Prior automotive or lot management experience is a plus Pass a pre employment screening
