State Fund's Corporate HR Program has an immediate opening for a permanent Human Resources professional in the Performance Management unit at the Analyst III Level. Under the general direction of HR Business Partners and HR Managers, the Performance Management Professional will support, coach, and advise State Fund leaders in developing and implementing strategies for a high performing, engaged, and accountable workforce; proactively address the more complex, difficult, and/or sensitive performance management, progressive discipline, and leave management cases; assist leaders by reviewing and editing memoranda, draft formal disciplinary actions, prepare for and represent the State Fund in administrative law hearings to resolve/settle formal actions and disputed decisions; ensure the corrective actions taken are defensible and consistent with past practice; and provide training to State Fund leaders on performance management and related topics. Working Conditions The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment. Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.
