The ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to solve problems both independently and as part of a team. This role requires someone who is actively willing to problem-solve and maintain a steady pace through the inventory inspection and recovery process, as well as sell our used and refurbished units through third party websites. Duties Selling used and refurbished machines. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct market research to identify the value of recovered units. Engage in activities that strengthen our inventory accuracy. Maintain an active tracking log of inventory that is being received and processed. Help organize inventory in our warehouse and figure out what is the best storage strategy for our returns. Inspect recovery units and report any irregularities. Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors. Collaborate with the customer service teams and vendor operatives to ensure speedy inventory recovery process. Contribute in the posting and listing of products online and process sales orders for recovered products. Communicate with vendors about missing parts and ensure we are achieving our goals as a team. Skills Familiarity with Google Sheets Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in following the processes and helping develop new SOPs. Self starter and willing to work independently. About to read and comprehend complex return processes. Familiarity with Google Suites for documentation and reporting purposes. Need to be able to stand and lift up to 50 LBS. Must have the skills to manage inventory listings posted on a third-party website.
