Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise, comprehensive, and visually compelling technical drawings and models that bring architectural, engineering, or product concepts to life. Your expertise will directly influence project success by translating ideas into accurate digital representations, ensuring seamless communication across project stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks. Create and modify schematics, system designs, interior layouts, mechanical components, and construction plans with precision and clarity. Utilize advanced tools like SketchUp, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, and 3ds Max to generate complex models and visualizations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret project requirements and produce accurate digital representations. Prepare detailed documentation including drafting plans, graphic designs, construction details, and technical schematics for client review and construction teams. Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, project specifications, and quality control procedures. Support project teams during design revisions by updating CAD files efficiently and accurately. Skills Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino), Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and 3ds Max. Strong understanding of drafting principles across architectural, mechanical, electrical systems or interior design disciplines. Experience with system design processes including schematic development and detailed construction documentation. Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals to enhance visual presentation quality. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with 2D animation techniques for creating dynamic visual presentations of designs. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
