Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care Operate POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Support sales efforts by engaging customers, suggesting menu items, and promoting specials Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to perform food preparation tasks adhering to food safety standards Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety regulations Reliable team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach to work This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding café experiences.
