This role involves fostering a safe, nurturing environment that promotes childhood development, learning, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare settings and possess a genuine passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities. Prior experience in early childhood education, daycare, babysitting, or nannying is highly valued. Duties Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing infants and toddlers Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior Support early childhood education initiatives and classroom activities when applicable Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress and needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with childcare standards Assist with transportation or outings as needed for children's appointments or activities Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Certifications such as First Aid or CPR are preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed Strong communication skills and the ability to engage children effectively Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in nurturing children's growth Ability to manage behavior effectively and implement classroom or caregiving routines Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the caregiving environment Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
