Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized, holistic care to residents, including medication assistance, activities of daily living, and other delegated nursing tasks. Engage residents in meaningful activities and one-on-one interactions to promote well-being and joy. Maintain thorough, detailed documentation of care provided to ensure the highest standards of safety and accountability. Assist with housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for residents. Collaborate with facility administration to complete any assigned tasks and support a cohesive care team.
