Who You Are Are you a natural leader that drives hard toward goals and enjoys building a team and leading them to accomplish more than they could on their own? Do you have 5 years or more of "In the trenches" residential roofing experience
- Tear off, re-sheet, installing laminate shingles, flashing, TPO, Metal panels (Loc rib, SL-15) etc.

Lead from the front, help your team succeed and meet their goals, set and hold the team accountable to company expectations.Ownership:
You are responsible for your projects from beginning to end, and even after completion if there is a leak or issue.Client Contact:
You are the main point of contact for our clients, overcommunicate with them so they are always updated and know what's happening on their project.In-House Crews:
Recruit, interview, train & manage new crew members to build out our production capabilities.Subcontractor Crews:
Recruit, interview, train, & hold subcontractor crews accountable to our quality and work standards.Manage Roofing Projects:
Contact clients, order materials, assign crews, ensure permits & inspections are completed, and give clients a great experience.Organization:
Ensure all steps on projects are completed, correct materials are on jobs, and crews know what they are expected to do.Monthly Plans:
Create a production plan before each month begins to ensure goals are met.Safety:
Ensure all subcontractors and in-house crew members follow WISHA guidelines to prevent injuries and fines.Goal Setting & Achievement:
Create long and short-term goals, driving hard towards them and meeting deadlinesCompany Representation:
Represent New Heights Roofing well with clients, vendors, and team members to contribute to our great reputation.Self-Motivated:
You will never be micro managed, but held accountable to the results you can produce. Must be self motivated and able to work independently.
