We have a lot of work to get done, and there will be many challenges to overcome. You will begin communicating with clients after a sale is made, keeping them updated on the schedule and their project all the way through completion and handling change orders, collecting the check, and getting a 5-star review. We use software to track everything. It will assist you in keeping track of jobs and crews and will need to be kept up to date with job information. Time cards, Google calendar, schedule, photo app, emails, google docs, CRM's to name a few. We have steady work and a busy season coming! Description of Duties Leadership:

Lead from the front, help your team succeed and meet their goals, set and hold the team accountable to company expectations.

Ownership:

You are responsible for your projects from beginning to end, and even after completion if there is a leak or issue.

Client Contact:

You are the main point of contact for our clients, overcommunicate with them so they are always updated and know what's happening on their project.

In-House Crews:

Recruit, interview, train & manage new crew members to build out our production capabilities.

Subcontractor Crews:

Recruit, interview, train, & hold subcontractor crews accountable to our quality and work standards.

Manage Roofing Projects:

Contact clients, order materials, assign crews, ensure permits & inspections are completed, and give clients a great experience.

Organization:

Ensure all steps on projects are completed, correct materials are on jobs, and crews know what they are expected to do.

Monthly Plans:

Create a production plan before each month begins to ensure goals are met.

Safety:

Ensure all subcontractors and in-house crew members follow WISHA guidelines to prevent injuries and fines.

Goal Setting & Achievement:

Create long and short-term goals, driving hard towards them and meeting deadlines
