We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA Nursing Assistant to join our team at Waterville Residential Care Center. Responsibilities:
Assist with the maintenance of residents' nutritional and personal hygiene needs Observe and report significant changes in a resident's condition Understand the psychological needs of the resident Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas, ensuring compliance with infection control standards Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents Assist with Nursing and other Staff as needed Follow all professional, facility, and legal standards while maintaining resident and facility confidentiality Responsible for promoting a safe work environment through proactive injury prevention practices and compliance with all safety standards
Requirements:
Current New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information Eligible to work and able to verify employment authorization If you're a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, please apply to join our Waterville Residential Care Center family.
