The Value of Working with Us One year of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife required Full time, 1.0 FTE Rotating Monday - Friday schedule Hospital based position Group size - 6 providers The group includes both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers creatinga collaborative, supportive and collegial work environment AMCB Certification, active DEA, CA State RN/ARNP license and certificationfrom an accredited Nurse Midwifery program required The practice will be focused on inpatient care and working in unison withOB/GYN practice Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practicefor vacation/holiday/CME time Compensation is between $165,659 and $195,910 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
