Chimney Technician Salesperson

Pay:

We offer a competitive base salary plus commission , with average earnings between $60,000-$100,000+ annually , depending on experience and performance.

You'll start your day at our Randolph office and travel to scheduled job sites. Most workdays run 7:00 am - 4:30 pm , with occasional flexibility up to 5:00 pm. Additional hours may be available for those who want them. Your Role as a Chimney Technician - Salesperson Each day, you'll prepare for scheduled customer appointments before heading out to residential homes throughout central Vermont. You'll perform thorough chimney inspections, identify safety or performance issues, and clearly explain your findings and recommended solutions to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand manner. You'll use your sales experience to: Present repair and service options confidently Follow up on estimates Build trust and long-term relationships with customers Close sales that meet homeowners' needs You'll also be comfortable using chimney service tools and a company-provided tablet for documentation, photos, and communication. Requirements Proven sales experience within the chimney industry or other construction trades. Strong knowledge of chimney systems, including liners, masonry repairs, rebuilding, and installations Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license Ability to use tools, mobile technology, and tablets effectively Company Overview Chimney Savers is a family owned and operated business serving the US since 1989.
