Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site reviews, site visits, and surveys to gather necessary data for project design Consider long range planning for facility owner including budget, regulations, and environmental hazards Customer relations throughout the life of the project Design and draft site plans, grading plans, stormwater management systems, and other civil engineering projects for agricultural facilities Prepare engineers cost estimate for material, equipment and labor to complete the project Manage project schedules and priority list for assigned tasks and collaborating team members Provide construction support and quality assurance Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software to create detailed and accurate engineering drawings Perform calculations and analysis to support design decisions Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes

Qualifications:

College degree in Civil Engineering 6+ years of experience in civil engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Passion for sustainable and innovative engineering solutions Prior experience in the agricultural industry is a plus Familiar with survey equipment and practices preferred Experience (preferred): Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Structural Engineering Civil 3D Sub-developments Commercial Property Wastewater Piping Plumbing Full-time On-site Excellent compensation, benefits and bonus programs.
