Cleaning Crew

Overview We are seeking a personable, self motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible to follow cleaning processes already in place for common area cleaning, unit turn cleaning as well as carpet cleaning and floorong care. The goal is to ensure an inviting, clean and safe environment for tenants. You will play a crucial role in supporting our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, up tempo work ethic and attention to detail Responsibilities Clean common areas of buildings Complete unit turns when residents move out Maintain orderly and cleanliness around buildings and in storage closets Collaborate with the coordinator regarding any maintenance issue found or repairs needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues Experience Proven experience in customer service or cleaning Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
